Neoclassical
The neoclassical/modern classical/post-classical is the genre in which, I have the most expertise. In the following, I'll point out some of my neoclassical tracks that carry warmth and sentimentality, suitable for huge number of atmospheres.

'Stelle Stårmfloij (Quiet Storm Surge' opens up with a simple haunting, down-tempo piano composition, eventually backed up by a complimentary harmonic string arrangement with sensitive, long-holding tones.
A more calm, sentimental neoclassical example is the Southern Jutlandic titled track 'Det Gul Lechtåjskla'vehe Å Æ Låft (The Yellow Toy Piano In The Attic)'. A bit more slow in nature, the songs paints a potent picture with heavy feelings in a peaceful way:
The song 'Herle Hæmle'heje Vi Haij (Lovely Secrets We Had)', is yet another calm sentimental classical piece with string arrangements build up around the piano.
Another neoclassical piece I want to mention is the song 'Symfoni A' Rændråfe (Symphony of Raindrops)', again with the Southern Jutlandic title. It's a very sad and sentimental song with string arrangements to carry the burden of a rainy day:
