Ambient
The ambient song "Dæ, Mæ o Ål'sammel (You, Me and Everybody)", which is featured in the British documentary 'Sunset Over Selungo' has a very eerie feeling to it. The Southern Jutlandic titled song even made it to National Geographic. You can take a listen to it right here:
Another ambient track of mine is Home of the Wondrous Spirits, a quite distorted and sort of eerie and magical track at the same time:
This track called Æ Sti Snor Sæ (The Path Winds) is a best described as "a sentimental little hymn to calm down a little baby". At the centre of the the track you have the magical glockenspiel, backed up with a haunting string arrangement:
Another ambient track of mine is Perl' I Æ Osearn (Pearl in the Ocean), which personally gives me the creeps and hope at the same time. In 2014, this song was used in the 7 minutes long short sports doc 'That One Day: Surf, snowboard and skate (Triple Threat Australia) by Still Stoked. The song will fit many scenarios - listen to it here:
